Benefits for your organisation

Return on investment

The return on investment of workplace mental health interventions ranges from 4:1 to 9:1. There is significant evidence that preventative measures attract a higher return on investment.

The impact of childhood trauma goes beyond mental health and it's reasonable to expect a return towards the higher end of the scale.

Improved productivity & engagement

Almost 70% of Survivors told us that their childhood abuse had a negative impact on their career.  This could be because of a lack of confidence and low self-esteem.

Reduced presenteeism & Abstenteeism

Our first Survivors' survey showed that a quarter of Surviors had taken more than 20 days sick leave in the last 12 months. A preventative approach aims to reduce this figure.

beyond mental health

Self-esteem, difficulty relating to authority figures, handling court cases, joining the dots with domestic abuse are all relevant to supporting Survivors in your workplace.

While mental health is a factor, it's also known that Survivors experience a range of physical health difficulties.

Thrive helps you to navigate these issues and find practical solutions.
